Closing time- every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end.

What a great line when you look at it from a real estate perspective. September has been closing time for our group and 10 new beginnings have come from 10 other beginning's end. That is 10 sellers and 10 buyers and I hope their new beginnings are happy ones!
