What a classic line in real estate repeated time and time again by so many agents. There might be just a bit of truth to it but more than likely it was originally the agent who was not listening to the clients' needs or wants and the agent was stunned with the home they bought. I think instead of saying buyers are liars, as an industry we should change it to agents are poor listeners.
