After the "a" fill in buyer or seller. Imagine how different the perspective and view would be of the very same transaction. You would think that a 10 page purchase contract would enable both parties to have the same view or perspective? Wow! That is not the case. Just look at the "as-is" clause in the purchase agreement and watch how buyers and sellers sink their teeth into that. 15 or 20 days into the agreement and you wonder if you will ever get both parties on the same page. Oddly enough after 30-45 days, the buyer and seller shake hands, close escrow and have come to the same mutual resolutions. Bottom line is when two parties want something bad enough, they figure it out. Now after the "a" fill in the word realtor and ask the buyer or seller.....no don't do that..just enjoy your Sunday.
