The group was at a photo shoot today previewing a new listing that will be on the market in just a couple of days. This home has views, that as the title said, is hard to describe. More than 180 degrees of views, nestled in the southern Santa Monicas, looking out over Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, the Simi Hills and all the way to the peaks of the Los Padres range. The street is Moonridge and I am confident while sitting on the porch at night, one must feel that reaching out and touching the moon is a real possibility.
