A buyer at a walk-thru just says to me "Dave just tell me where to sign and let me keep seeing where my furniture will go." You know that buyer has found her paradise. Today it happened and we were in the Paradise Cove community and it was paradise. Sunny, calm and spectacular and I hope my group will get to visit her new weekend pad quite often.
