BLINDS WIDE OPEN -day 50 Through the Eyes

One of the funniest cartoon sketches out there is the one that show a depiction of a home through the eyes of a number of different people:
Through the eyes of the seller, one sees a massive castle.
Through the eyes of the buyer, one sees a reasonable home.
Through the eyes of the bank/appraiser, one sees a dog house.
And that folks, pretty much sums up the market today.
